FACTORY AUTHENTICATED: Crossroads Redwood factory has provided an official letter authenticating that this beautiful RV was manufactured in their facility around December 2014. It is our understanding that this specific model was not in production until 2016, but this exact 2015 Redwood 39FL was created to be a prototype RV show unit with all the upgrades, bells, and whistles. (Per our conversation with the original Florida Lazy Days RV dealer, the original owner purchased this unit November 12, 2015 for $136,614.95).

METICULOUSLY MAINTAINED – We are the 2nd owners of this RV. We have meticulously cleaned, maintained, and serviced this RV, including making all known necessary repairs, including replacing tank sensors, and installing 2 brand-new slide motors (over $1k each) on the front slide-outs, installing new slide rollers on front door-side slide, and routine roof inspection and resealing in 12/2023. No known leaks.

A detailed list of nearly $7k in recent professional service, updates, and repairs in addition to a full report from the $1,500 recent bumper-to-bumper inspection will be provided to serious buyers with contact information for the service technician.

The only known issues with this unit are minor and cosmetic: small scuff on the left rear exterior slide (from previous owner) and 2 carpet stains (from previous owner) that are not visible due to being under furniture.
